GMLS, Challah Prep 5 hours - Volunteers needed: Description:
On grandparents day the lower school children are going to have a fun challah making activity with their grandparents or special guests. We need your help to divide and measure all the ingredients into individual containers so that each child will have their own challah kit prepared with the measured ingredients to make the challah on grandparents day. We need as many volunteers as possible between 8:00-1:00 (The more volunteers the quicker it will go.) Whether you can come for 30 mins, 1 hr, or the whole time, we appreciate and welcome anyone who wishes to participate. We will have music and enjoy a fun morning together in the teacher's lounge, located in Building A.

GMLS: Prep for Grandparent's Day 1.75 hours - Volunteers needed: Description:
On grandparents day the lower school is going to have a fun challah baking with their grandparents or special guests. We need your help to set up the stations with the prepared individual containers which contain the measured ingredients for each student to make their challah. There will be two different set up times. We’ll need volunteers starting at 8:00am to set up for the first session (we’ll meet in the Beit Midrash). For the second session we’ll need volunteers at 9:15 (we’ll meet in the Ulam).

Sports Day: May 26th 2.50 hours - Volunteers needed for the following: Shift 1: Three (3) volunteers needed for setup 11:45 a.m. 12:15 p.m Shift 2: Three (3) volunteers needed 12:15pm - 2:45 p.m. to help run snack station and clean up.
